Who are you?
It may be a little tough to answer this question head-on, because in reality, some of us don’t really know.
God knew you before He formed you (Jeremiah 1:5). How crazy is that? Before we were even in our mother’s womb, God knew us.
That means He knew what our personalities would be like. He knew what talents, gifts, and skills he wanted to give us. He knew our likes and dislikes. He knew whether we would be extroverted or introverted. He knew whether we would like the excitement of large crowds or the calm of quiet evenings. He knew whether we’d be comfortable speaking to audiences or thrived in one-on-one interactions. He knew.
And yet, we live in a day-and-age where people are uncomfortable being themselves. They don’t like who they are.
Don’t let the world tell you who you ought to be – show up as your authentic self.
Be you, boldly.
